Windows Messenger Live
I’m now using a new version of Windows/MSN Messenger, Windows Messenger Live, which Microsoft is preparing for the upcoming release of Windows Vista. At the moment it looks like another set of clothes for the .NET Passport IM Network. Microsoft is really pelding this Live.com business in responce to Google launching pretty much everything they have done bar an operating system.
Anyway, some links to chew:
- Windows Live Ideas – What Microsoft has planned for Windows Live (a lot of AJAX)
- Windows Live Messenger Beta – Blog
When I get some invites to get more people in I will start sending them to friends.
WordPress 2.0
I’m now running WordPress 2.0 which as far as I can tell is yet MORE AJAX injected into the internet. I like it though. The new writing page with TinyMCE is pretty neat. Get it from WordPress.org.
On a related note, if you would like to use WordPress but don’t have hosting try WordPress.com.
