Note to Thailand: Please calm down and sort this out amicably.

I was thinking of flying over to Bangkok on 20th April, but that is no longer an option due to the unrest there. The BBC are reporting that the Army are now firing warning shots and dispersing the crowds. All of this drama has ment the Foriegn & Commonwealth Office have revised the Travel Advice for Thailand, advising against all but essential travel to Bangkok.

This means that I now have to travel into Thailand via Cambodia, which is actually quite exciting and adventureous I suppose, but I have to plan that quick. But it also means I have to avoid Bangkok and route around it… that’s going to be tricky.

Thoughts anyone?
